Varchas Honey Fizz

1.5 oz Varchas Straight Bourbon Whiskey

2 Teaspoons Honey Ginger Syrup

1 Teaspoon fresh lemon juice

2 oz club soda (or Ginger Beer)

Add all ingredients except the club soda (or Ginger Beer) into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.  Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.  Top with club soda (or Ginger Beer).  Garnish with lemon slice.
