Perfect Mint Vulep

2 oz Varchas Straight Bourbon Whiskey

1.5 tsp of sugar (or 1.5 packets)

Fresh mint leaves (3-5 + sprig)

Water

Place mint leaves, sugar, and a splash of water in a tall glass and muddle. Add bourbon and fill glass with ice. Top with water, stir and garnish with mint sprig. (Our take on the Mint Julep)
